Spring Rebirth, Sunday April 27th
Join me and Vera Chapman for an evening of rejuvenation! We’ll begin with guided journaling to help you get clear on what you are ready to release. Then we will move into an active breathwork practice that floods the cells with oxygen and facilitates emotional release. As I guide you through breathwork, Vera will play crystal singing bowls, adding a beautiful layer of sound healing to the experience. We’ll conclude the evening with time for sharing about our experiences. Participants will leave feeling refreshed and ready to move forward with intention and clarity. Register here.

Womb Healing Ceremony, Friday May 16th
Join me for a powerful womb healing ceremony. We will begin with meditation, journaling, and a sharing circle. Then we will move through a group anointing experience and breathwork practice designed to release trauma from the womb and invite in healing energy. I created this ceremony for women who have experienced birth trauma, miscarriage, hysterectomy, and/ or sexual trauma.
